Kempglaze Glass and Aluminium is a glazing and security screen business with branch locations in Carnarvon and Karratha, WA. From small renovations and upgrades to large multi-house projects, we fabricate and install windows, doors, security screens, shower screens, mirrors — and even some automotive work at our Carnarvon branch. With so much variety, no two days are ever the same!
We've built strong relationships with everyone from home owners and handymen to small and large builders and contractors. Now, we're looking for someone who's ready to step in, make a real impact, and help shape the future of our business, our team and the way we do things.

Responsibilities
* Organise and manage day to day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the team.
* Scheduling tradesmen, allocating materials and equipment to make sure every job hits the mark.
* Quoting, invoicing and back costing projects.
* Identifying challenges and coming up with practical, smart solutions.
* Monitoring project progress and keeping clients and staff in the loop.
* Quality Assurance in a positive efficient and productive manner with pride, excellent workmanship and quality.
* Supporting your team and helping them thrive while maintaining high standards.
* Health & Safety responsibilities.
* Contributing to improvements in current systems, processes, and workflows.
* Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing.
What we need from you
* Experienced in operations or team leadership, preferably in construction, glazing or fabrication environment.
* Glazier/Fabrication trade qualification (desired but not essential).
* A natural communicator who can connect with staff, suppliers, and clients alike.
* Organised, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
* Excited about leading a team and helping build a positive, enjoyable workplace culture.
* Familiarity with job scheduling software (aroflo & V6) or ability to pick it up quickly.
* Practical mindset and be able to think on your feet.
* Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
