The main objective of this role is to oversee contract administration across multiple construction projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contract administration across multiple civil and earthworks projects.
* Prepare, review, and process variations and progress claims.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Support Project Managers in cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
* Maintain compliance with contract terms and project documentation.
* Contribute to project success by identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving outcomes.
