At dnata, payroll plays a vital role in supporting our people and operations nationwide. We're seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our close‐knit team and help deliver accurate, timely payroll services across a large and diverse workforce.

In This Role, You Will:
* Process end‐to‐end weekly and fortnightly payrolls nationally
* Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations and compliance checks
* Manage onboarding and employee data across multiple systems
* Interpret awards and agreements and apply pay changes accurately
* Process superannuation, leave accruals and payroll adjustments
* Support Labour Hire payroll processing across Australia
* Respond to payroll queries professionally and efficiently
* Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and accuracy
What We're Looking For:
* Ideally 2+ years' payroll experience
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation
* Solid experience with Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Strong Excel and systems capability (Rockfast experience highly regarded)
* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
* Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
* Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality
* A positive, team‐first attitude and strong cultural fit
