Groups & Events Consultant – Brisbane
Join a boutique travel agency delivering personalised, high-touch group travel and event experiences. If you're an experienced consultant looking to escape large corporate setups and have real ownership over your clients, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a tangible impact. This is an in-office role during probation, with hybrid working available thereafter.
As a key member of the team, you'll manage end-to-end group travel and event logistics, acting as the primary consultant for corporate and leisure clients. You'll plan, quote, and coordinate itineraries, source venues, manage on-site delivery, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Hands-on experience with EventsAir is essential, and your attention to detail and client focus will ensure every trip and event runs flawlessly.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience in group travel and events coordination, ideally across corporate and leisure markets.
Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for logistical detail.
Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
EventsAir experience is essential; GDS/CRM knowledge is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:
$80k–$85k + Super
Uncapped commission with OTE $100k+
