* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team based in Melbourne.

The purpose of this position is to carry out the maintenance servicing of equipment, after-hours service work, and commissioning as planned and directed by the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan customer service maintenance visits in a structured manner.
* Use digital reporting tools to record daily activities.
* Complete field service reports for every maintenance and service call.
* Carry out commissioning, service maintenance, and after-hours service commitments professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain relationships with customers and provide feedback to the team.
* Stay up-to-date with training requirements across multiple technologies.
* Maintain company vehicles and personal appearance to company standards.
* Manage spare parts inventory, recording and reporting use.
* Comply with Work, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality obligations.
* Actively promote safety in the workplace.

Requirements:

* Previous experience within the HVAC/Critical Cooling space.
* Mechanical Trade Certificate.
* Restricted Electrical Licence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
