An excellent opportunity exists within a multi-service Boutique Real Estate Agency located in Joondalup and servicing the Northern Corridor. We are seeking a driven real estate professional with a passion for deal-making and relationship building to join our Commercial team. The successful applicant will be confident and have a genuine passion for Real Estate, with a proven track record of success as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and secure new commercial listings and work with existing clients
* Represent landlords and tenants in lease and sale negotiations
* Conduct market research and property appraisals
* Prepare marketing strategies and property presentations
* Guide clients through every step of the process
* Liaising closely with Commercial Property Management
Qualifications
* Experience as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent
* Knowledge of Cirrus 8, Property Tree and Vault RE
* Be customer focused and have advanced problem-solving skills.
* Be efficient and highly organized.
* Be a positive and proactive team player.
* Be able to demonstrate impeccable integrity with focus on compliance and strong knowledge of the Act
* Ability to follow, implement and improve on current systems and procedures
