We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and personable Motel Manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented environment for every guest.
Key Requirements
* Professional appearance with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience in motel or hotel management, with proficiency in booking and property management systems.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, maintaining high attention to detail.
* Competence with OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) and GuestPoint PMS.
* Familiarity with rate management, OTA promotions, social media engagement, and online reputation management.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily motel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
* Supervise and support housekeeping staff.
* Coordinate room preparation, including stripping, restocking, cleanliness checks, and presentation.
* Prepare and serve breakfasts when required.
* Handle guest communications, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
