**The Client**
Our client is a well-known firm who manage a portfolio of Shopping Centres throughout Western Australia. With a long and proud history of creating places that meet the needs of their very happy customers, an exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team.
**The Role**
Assisting the Administration Manager and Centre Manager in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the asset.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the shopping centre management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with tenants and vendors, including managing contracts, agreements, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the property management or retail industry is a plus.
