We're expanding our Data and Digital Advisory team and looking for a Senior Consultant to join. As part of our team, you will focus on delivering impactful client outcomes and supporting business and service development to grow our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Strategy: Provide data strategy and design recommendations based on diagnostics.
* Digital Technology: Develop digital technology strategies, including investment recommendations.
* Project Implementation: Lead digital project implementation through stakeholder management and scope coordination.
* Client Reports: Develop key data insight reports to enhance portfolio performance and management.
* Management Systems: Develop program/portfolio management systems to improve delivery reporting and control.
* Data Management: Deploy data management frameworks and increase data competency across organizations.
Qualifications:
* Education: A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 4+ years in management consulting, business management, project management, or IT.
* Skills: Understanding of business improvement approaches, including process re-engineering, system development, change management, etc.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Attributes: Enthusiastic, autonomous, with strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholders across multiple clients.
* Sector Experience: Preferably experienced across sectors like aviation, energy, rail, water, property, and both private and public sectors.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital and technology strategy, data architecture, project management, system integration, analytics, data cleaning, data modeling, and reporting.
* System Knowledge: Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (PowerBi/Tableau), programming (Python/R, MS Visual Studio), MS365 Power Platform, and database platforms (Microsoft SQL, Azure).
