Overview

The Heart Foundation is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Specialist to join their team in Subiaco. As Australia’s leading heart health charity, the Heart Foundation is committed to reducing the impact of heart disease through research, prevention, and support. This full-time, permanent role is responsible for developing and growing corporate partnerships across Western Australia. Reporting to the WA General Manager, you’ll work closely with local and national teams to build strong, purpose-led partnerships that deliver real impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven and commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives on connecting organisations with meaningful causes. Responsibilities

* Driving the acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partnerships
* Researching and targeting organisations aligned with the organisation’s mission
* Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support
* Implementing a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan
* Leading local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationships
* Forecasting revenue, tracking pipeline activity, and providing monthly performance reports
* Collaborating with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership delivery
* Working with internal stakeholders (marketing, research, programs) to support partnership goals
* Acting as the main point of contact for WA-based partners and prospects
* Supporting negotiations and securing long-term, high-value commitments


Qualifications

* Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship management
* A solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising in the not-for-profit or commercial sector
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations
* Confidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders
* High-level organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with forecasting, reporting, and CRM or pipeline management
* A collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Passion for community health and driving meaningful outcomes
* Flexibility to attend occasional after-hours events or meetings, and travel as required

Salary Type: Annual Salary

Salary Min: A$95,000

Salary Max: A$120,000
