About You
* Proven experience in senior role including Project Manager/Operations Manager/Construction Manager or in a General Manager position in the groundworks/piling/excavation/shoring sector.
* You will be structured, process driven and with great communication.
* Your leadership style must be genuine and you will need to have a "presence" with your team
* Strong commercial and financial skills – A strong understanding of P&L\'s and project financial management is essential.
* Practical knowledge of site operations, plant and equipment, blue collar crews, and project workflows.
* Calm, decisive, and accountable; able to handle challenges and manage strong personalities.

* Oversee all operational, project, and commercial activity across the business.
* Ensure projects are planned, resourced, and delivered safely, on time, and to standard.
* Lead and support key staff, clarify responsibilities, and maintain consistent systems and reporting.
* Monitor safety, quality, and risk at a management level.
* Act as a senior contact for important clients, supporting smooth delivery and positive relationships.
