The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations, marketing, and financial management of on-campus and off-campus properties. This includes ensuring lease compliance, safety, and meeting landlord and tenant needs.
Duties include operational improvement, presentation growth, turnover growth in retail outlets as well as property advice services to ensure efficient delivery of service within a timely manner.
