About the Position
We are seeking experienced Loader Operators (Cat 950 or equivalent) to join a road expansion project in Port Hedland. This role involves 12-hour shifts on a 2/1 roster, operating in a safety-focused, structured environment. You will operate heavy machinery, primarily Cat 950 loaders, to support road construction and civil works. Duties include moving materials, maintaining safe operations, performing routine machine checks, and assisting the site team as required to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 5 years' loader operating experience (Cat 950 or equivalent)
Current Loader Ticket
HRWL
White Card
C Class Manual Driver's License
Rio Tinto inductions (desirable)
Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and DAS
Police Check (within 6 months)
Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance
Ability to work effectively in a team on a FIFO/DIDO roster
12‐hour shifts, 2/1 roster
