Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver strategic objectives aligned with the organisation's IT Service Management and Service Operations goals.
* Analyse trends in incidents and requests to inform strategic direction, policy, and process improvements through data-driven insights.
* Develop and implement strategic processes including risk planning, contingency, and change management to support the rollout of new services.

* Leading teams and managing resources effectively to deliver strategic and operational outcomes.
* Proven ability to analyse service trends and implement improvements that align with organisational goals.
* Stakeholder engagement across an organisation at a Senior level.
* Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, information technology, information systems, or a related field (post-graduate qualifications preferred).
