**Job Requirements/Skills/Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in oral and written business English communication.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
**Responsibilities**
**Recruitment and Selection**:
- Develop job descriptions, advertise job openings, screen resumes, and organise interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background verification and reference checks.
- Assist in the selection and onboarding process for new hires.
**Employee Relations**:
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a fair and consistent manner. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
**Performance Management**:
- Support the performance management process by assisting in performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance related matters.
**Training and Development**:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Identify internal and external training opportunities to address skill gaps and promote employee growth.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
**HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary letters.
- Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and attendance records.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
