At our facility, we reunite lost pets with their owners. Care for lost, stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals. Provide essential veterinary care, including vaccinations and desexing. Promote pet wellbeing and responsible pet ownership.

As the Senior Customer Service Officer, you'll drive excellence by leading & Inspiring – Supervise and coach a dedicated team to deliver top-notch service across all customer touchpoints.
Optimising Operations – Streamline systems, improve processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Enhancing Customer Experience – Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support in person, over the phone, and online.

About you, you are a customer-focused professional with proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. With a strong background in supervising and leading teams, you excel at monitoring and improving systems, databases, and procedures to uphold and enhance Council’s positive public image through exceptional customer service.
Passionate about continuous improvement, you have a keen ability to analyse and refine processes to enhance both the customer experience and operational efficiency. While knowledge of the animal management or welfare industry would be an advantage, your dedication to service excellence is what truly matters.
