**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and replenishing when necessary
- Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy and well-presented at all times
- Implement strategies to maximise sales and profits for the business
- Develop effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Manage financial operations such as cash handling, banking procedures and till reconciliation
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and take appropriate action where necessary
