Job Description
The purpose of this role is to deliver efficient planning and execution of maintenance strategies to support business operations.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of maintenance works, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
You will develop and maintain preventive maintenance strategies, actively contribute to and support WHS within the workplace, and oversee the engagement, coordination, and activity of contractors for all maintenance and project requirements.
Additionally, you will ensure all quality standards are met, and incidents are reported in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience in capital management processes, project management, and planning skills.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or trade qualification as a fitter or electrician.
* Experience in leading a team and managing projects.
