It will be your responsibility to take an active involvement as required in assisting to develop the business growth strategy and work for an agency that is highly regarded amongst their clients and customers for their professionalism and results that are delivered in the local marketplace.
**Your new role**
You are expected to provide a professional service to existing clients, tenants, colleagues and industry professionals whilst specialising in the field of (Retail) sales and leasing, including managing all marketing, negotiations, recommendations and legal support during the course of all property transactions. Develop and secure new clients to ensure the growth of your agency and your own business within a team culture.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in client liaising and meetings, negotiating skills, providing commercial advise on lease matters, seek and secure new listings, preparing Agency Agreements etc
- Enthusiasm, commitment and able to provide high levels of service to clients/purchasers
- Current driver's license with vehicle is essential for travel
- Sales Person's registration ACT
