Opportunity
HRSA is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Finance Support Officer to join our high-performing and friendly Finance Team on a part-time basis. (2-3 days per week). Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will support the Finance and Administration Officer and Finance Manager by having primary responsibility for the Accounts Payable function, whilst also providing support across Stakemoney Payments, Payroll and Accounts Receivable. Key accountabilities include:
* Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and supplier queries.
* Prepare and collate weekly accounts payable payment runs
* Bank account and Credit Card reconciliation.
* Support Accounts Receivable by assisting with invoicing, debtor management, and reconciliations.
* Assist with payroll processing and related compliance obligations.
* Contribute to month-end and year-end reconciliations, reporting, and general finance administration.
About you
Key skills, experience, qualifications, and attributes. The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills/experience/qualifications/attributes:
* 3+ years' experience in a finance and accounting environment
* Proven experience in Accounts Payable, with exposure to AR and/or Payroll.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Office applications; ERP experience desirable.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Essential requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts payable role
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with Technology One is strongly desirable
