About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a Branch frontline team, coaching and developing staff to meet customer needs, fostering motivated and engaged teams, and instilling a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

Role Location: Gold Coast QLD
Role Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
What will your day look like?
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead digital transformation efforts, promoting adoption of digital services to streamline customer interactions
- Oversee and train staff on digital platforms to ensure a tech-savvy team that effectively meets customer needs
- Manage customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Lead a motivated team to achieve individual and branch results
- Model and support a risk management culture, operating responsibly within delegated authorities
- Utilize and manage the branch to meet business plans and objectives, including growth, sales, service, expenses, customer connection, credit quality, and return on equity
What will you bring?
To succeed, you should ideally have:
Strong leadership skills in managing a digitally-enabled branch and coaching staff on digital services
Experience implementing digital customer strategies to improve efficiency and satisfaction
Leadership experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services is highly desirable
Experience in growing and retaining customer bases
Experience managing Front Line Compliance Risks
Adaptability to changing environments
Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
