We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Lead / SME to oversee all integration activities for a large Sales Commission Implementation program. Acting as the primary technical liaison, you will ensure seamless connectivity between the Sales Commission platform and core enterprise systems, including CRM, Billing/ERP, HR, Finance, and Data Warehouse environments.
In this role, you'll lead end‐to‐end integration design, define data flows and interface specifications, and provide technical direction through build, SIT, and UAT. You will work closely with business teams and vendors to refine requirements, review solution designs, and assess feasibility, risks, and impacts. A strong focus on data quality, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes is essential.
You will also support test planning, defect management, and operational readiness, ensuring integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standards. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills, along with the ability to guide infrastructure, security, and operations teams through deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
Technical Skills
* Significant years of experience in system integration, API design, and enterprise application architecture.
* Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, ETL, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
* Experience integrating Sales Commission systems (CaptivateIQ, SAP Callidus, Performio) highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of SAP ERP (Finance, HR, Billing modules preferred).
* Strong SQL, data modelling, and data analysis skills.
Project & Delivery Skills
* Proven experience delivering complex enterprise implementations or transformation programs.
* Highly skilled in documentation—interface specs, API contracts, data mappings.
* Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to work effectively across business and technical domains.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
