About the Role
Will be a key member of the school's front office team, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of school operations. This position is responsible for a range of essential administrative tasks, including reception duties, managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, data entry, and supporting internal communication processes. The Administration Officer acts as a central point of contact for staff, students, and families, delivering professional and responsive service across all interactions. Working collaboratively with colleagues, the role supports the efficient running of front office operations while upholding the College's values.

Qualifications
* ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
* First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Certificate IV in Business Administration; or
* An equivalent relevant qualification and/or experience.
