This position will see you working with one of Australia's largest landlord insurance companies which has been in operation for over 30 years. In this position, you will work with customers to ensure they are protected, guide them through their claims process and also provide general customer service ensuring ultimate satisfaction.

- This is an inbound customer service role, where you will be assisting landlords and tenants with their insurance inquiries.
- You will be having genuine and real conversations, with a sincere willingness to help and solve problems, by doing right by your clients.

**Requirements**:
- To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Call centre experience is a HUGE advantage
- Finally, you must show a genuine desire to help people and deliver supreme customer service.
