About The Role
Lead change management for the rollout of a B2B omni-channel payment solution
Develop and implement tailored change plans aligned to project goals
Analyse organisational readiness and assess business impacts
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders in Digital & Finance
Design and deliver communication strategies that drive clarity and engagement
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams and support adoption
Integrate change activities with broader project plans and manage dependencies
Identify and mitigate risks associated with change delivery
Apply proven methodologies and tools to guide change execution
Support internal teams and B2B customers through the change journey, both in-store and online
About You And Your Skills
Proven experience delivering digital change projects, ideally involving customer migration
Strong grasp of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working across all levels of an organisation and influencing outcomes
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead through collaboration and trust
