BLC Queensland is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team in Ipswich. This is an opportunity to work across a variety of commercial landscaping projects, contributing to high-quality maintenance outcomes for our clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our site teams and maintaining landscapes to the highest standard, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
* Mow, edge, and maintain lawns, including fertilising programs
* Weed, mulch, hedge, and maintain garden beds, shrubs, and small trees
* Plant tube stock, advanced plants, and trees, and remove dead or unwanted plants
* Coordinate watering via water truck or hand watering
* Prepare, maintain, and clean work sites to ensure a safe and organised environment
* Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and company procedures
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

About You
* Minimum 1+ years' experience in commercial landscape maintenance or horticulture
* Knowledge of soft landscaping practices, including planting, turfing, mulching, and soil preparation
* Experience operating basic landscaping tools and equipment; zero-turn mower experience is a plus
* Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and White Card
* Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks with care and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable, punctual, motivated, and team-focused
* Must have Australian work rights and authorisation to work in Australia
