Role Summary
Deliver exceptional client service in a dedicated role at our hearing clinic, improving the lives of people and providing optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients and managing their experience for maximum results
* Scheduling and confirming appointments to meet client needs
* Providing administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
* Efficiently managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Managing phone lines and shared email inboxes
* Billing clients accurately and handling various payment methods
* Developing skills in using software applications
Requirements:
* Experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
* A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
* Focus on achieving excellent outcomes for both the clinic and clients
* Intermediate computer skills
* Interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
