As a result of exciting Transformational Business Plans we are looking for a National Business Manager to lead and grow a dedicated retail portfolio of customers Reporting to a commercially astute and supportive Sales Director, you will be part of an energised and passionate Commercial Team that believes winning is a team sport and in leading through action. Crafting and delivering JBP's is a core strength - our retailers will look to you as the expert in this space to craft and execute strategies that purposefully transform to long term partnerships. You will also co- build, achieve and exceed annual budgets by focusing on a strong base business, with ambitious but well-constructed opportunities and planning for risks. The role is also responsible for building & executing retail activation plans and continuous improvement in promotional ROI in line with the company's pricing guidelines and commercial objectives. You will be the face of and have accountability for the category review process, owning the end-to-end execution of this process in order to deliver best outcome for both RPF and the customer. Finally, but equally as importantly, you will lead a team and consciously engage in setting stretch goals and high expectation whilst promoting a growth and learning mindset. Principle Accountabilities Customer Management - across existing products and NPD delivering strategic JBP's that meet all mutually agreed targets Demand Fulfilment - ownership of the Customer Forecast via S&OP process, with the innate ability to juggle priorities for maximum goal alignment Champion the Customer - execute JBP's that drive the RPF vision and are aligned to the category strategy Take direct P&L accountability for your customer base, including co-investment, pricing and promotional mechanics. You are a familar face and a welcome peer with key stakeholders including Project Management, Finance and Category Insights teams. Skills and Experience Required 8 years’ experience in FMCG, with a proven ability and knowledge of category and revenue growth management fundamentals. Strong commercial acumen and passion for data and ability to connect the dots. Ability to communicate with clarity, superior negotiation skills, and natural relationship-builder. Your customers love working with you as you are a problem solver and provide mutually beneficial opportunities for growth. Ability to challenge and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Deep understanding of shopper and retail dynamics. A proven ability to inspire and motivate your team and those around you.
