The Role:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing residential sales team to achieve targets
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes and compliance
- Drive sales strategies and monitor performance metrics for growth
- Support agents in delivering exceptional client experiences and resolving issues
- Coordinate training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Prepare and analyse reports to inform decision-making and improve results
The successful Candidate:
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
- Prior Real Estate experience in a similar role
- IMMACULATE presentation and a skilled manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
