BOOKKEEPER PUBLIC PRACTICE - SUNSHINE COAST $80 - $90k + super (Job ID 616)
Our client is the Sunshine Coast branch of a Victorian Accounting firm. With the pending retirement of their Senior Bookkeeper within 2 - 3 months they are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the bookkeeping division of a small and growing office. Working directly with the Tax Partner you will be responsible for doing the books and managing workflow for a wide variety of SME clients from sole traders to complex groups. The ideal candidate will have previous public practice experience however candidates who are confident in their ability to effectively service multiple clients are encouraged to apply. The start date is negotiable however ideally you will be able to commence soon to enable you to take advantage of a handover.
Responsibilities
* Manage the bookkeeping division of a small and growing office.
* Work directly with the Tax Partner to service a wide variety of SME clients, from sole traders to complex groups.
* Oversee bookkeeping tasks and workflow to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
Qualifications
* Previous public practice experience preferred.
* Ability to effectively service multiple clients and manage workload.
