About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, and handling mail in a timely and professional manner.

* Greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, and handling mail
* Providing general administrative support and assisting with weekly payroll
* Responding to customer queries and logging/resolving complaints
* Maintaining customer records, databases, platforms and systems
* Preparing, consolidating and distributing reports


Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, reliability, professionalism, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
