This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and play a key role in shaping both client outcomes and the future direction of the agency.
About the Role
We Think Digital is looking for a Head of Growth to lead the strategic direction, performance and delivery of our clients’ digital marketing initiatives.
This role owns the performance, direction and delivery of marketing across client accounts. You will be accountable for ensuring strategies are executed to a high standard and deliver measurable results.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will play a key leadership role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and improving how marketing is delivered across the business.You will oversee multi-channel growth strategies across SEO, paid advertising, LeadGen, CRO, content, marketing automation and ai implementation — ensuring activity translates into real business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is a passionate self-starter, a natural problem solver, and enjoys taking ownership of both strategy and execution in a fast-moving agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Ownership
Lead strategic conversations with clients and act as a trusted advisorPresent insights, recommendations and growth opportunitiesOwn performance outcomes and ensure strategies align with business goals
Growth Strategy
Develop and oversee multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectivesIdentify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates and campaign performanceDesign and optimise growth funnels across acquisition, conversion and retentionContribute to the development and refinement of scalable, productised service offerings
Performance Marketing
Oversee performance across SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social, content marketing and email marketingAnalyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
Execution & Delivery Oversight
Ensure strategies are executed to a high standard across all channelsAlign designers, developers and marketers to deliver outcomesRemove blockers and maintain delivery momentumTake ownership of campaign quality and performance
Systems & Process Improvement
Build frameworks, templates and SOPs to improve deliveryCreate repeatable processes across clients and campaignsImprove operational efficiency and scalabilityIdentify patterns and turn them into internal playbooks
AI & Automation
Leverage AI tools to improve marketing workflows and output qualityIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasksContinuously test and adopt new tools and processes
CRO & Funnel Optimisation
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user journeysWork with developers and designers to implement UX and CRO improvementsDesign and manage structured experimentation programs (A/B testing)Build and prioritise testing roadmapsUse data to validate hypotheses and continuously improve performance
