About The Company

They are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer to join the team in Melbourne where you will be responsible for executing AP & AR duties, with the office located in Melbourne's North-West
The Role & Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
o Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable tasks
o Complete payment runs
o Accurate and timely processing of invoices in accordance with established practices and procedures
o Allocate and receipt payments
o Follow up overdue accounts
o Various reconciliations
o Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
o Support the broader finance team
o Other ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager based in Melbourne, the role will require adaptability, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, IT and numerically savvy, and someone who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will also have previous proven experience within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with strong communication skills to articulate your background.
