About The Role
As a Project Administrator within our PMO, you'll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects - working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and the Head of PMO to keep projects running smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently. You'll sit at the centre of operations, coordinating governance, supporting commercial processes, managing documentation, and helping drive consistency across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate PMO reporting, meetings, and action tracking
* Maintain key project registers (risk, issues, decisions)
* Manage document control across drawings, RFIs, and QA records
* Support claims, variations, EOTs, and procurement processes
* Assist with cost tracking, POs, and budget inputs
* Update schedules, lookaheads, and project reporting
* Coordinate meetings, site access, and stakeholder communications
* Prepare minutes and track actions to close‐out
* Support systems, templates, and process improvements across the PMO
About You
* Experience in a construction, property, or project environment
* Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail across documentation and reporting
* Basic understanding of construction processes (contracts, variations, procurement)
* Confident using MS Office + project/document systems (e.g. SharePoint, MS Project, ERP tools)
* Proactive, organised, and solutions‐focused
