Looking for a part time role a couple of days a week? Miami Bakehouse is looking for a recruitment and admin assistant to join the team in Mandurah.
**The role**
This is a part time role, 3 days/week to support the end to end recruitment function for the group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and place employment ads on various platforms
- Reference check and coordinate interviews
- Onboarding activities
- General admin and ad hoc duties as required
**About You**
You will be a mature minded, fast-paced professional with:
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Clear and confident communication skills and a great phone manner
- Good instincts and sharp insights to make sound judgments quickly
- A 'can do' attitude
- Recruitment experience preferred, but not essential
