Ventia is seeking qualified Maintenance Supervisors to join our team on a full-time basis at Anglesea Barracks. The ideal candidates will have experience overseeing a diverse range of skilled trades across planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee planned maintenance and repair works, including audits and resolution of post-work issues
* Provide on-going support and leadership to the trades and maintenance team
* Conduct routine and in-progress site inspections to ensure subcontractor performance and service quality.
* Ensure contractual compliance through site assessments and initiate necessary work orders or quotes.
* Manage client requests and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
* Monitor KPI compliance and provide regular progress updates through detailed reporting.
About You
* Any completed Trade certification - HVAC, Electrician, Plumber is preferred or relevant industry experience.
* Demonstrated experience supervising subcontractors and liaising directly with clients.
* Work Order management (SAP skills are highly desired)
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills—intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* A valid C-class driver's license – essential
* Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police clearance.
