The Role
This role offers a blend of Contract Administration and Project Coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their understanding of project delivery and construction management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
* Managing RFIs and coordinating consultant responses
* Supporting project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
* Processing progress claims, variations, and project documentation
* Coordinating meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Assisting with programme tracking and project reporting
* Supporting project delivery teams to ensure projects remain on time and within budget
* Maintaining accurate project records and contract documentation
Qualifications
* 1–4 years of construction industry experience
* Previous exposure to residential construction projects, ideally townhouses or medium-density developments
* A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
* A detail-oriented mindset and a desire to build a long-term career within the residential construction industry
