**Your new role**
You will be overseeing the Clinical Programs to deliver outcomes focused, high quality and effective programs and services.
This position will support the strategic, operational, and cultural direction.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need strengths and experience in the following:
- Leadership and Strategy
- Service delivery and participant outcomes
- People and stakeholder management
- Quality, compliance and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Health, Allied Health, mental Health or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership position
- Ability to manage a statewide team, program or project
