ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a tech savvy individual to join our Cotton On team as a Paid Social Specialist. At Cotton On we are passionate about creating brand awareness and connecting with our customer through our social channels. You will implement our global performance social media marketing strategy via a data‐informed full‐funnel approach, achieving both short‐ and long‐term business media objectives. As the Paid Social Specialist, you will manage, execute, and scale the paid acquisition strategy across all paid social channels and regions to drive profitable growth. If you are someone who loves data‐driven, highly creative paid social strategies, then we want to meet you.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. PR, Social Media, Digital or similar
* Demonstrated experience establishing across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Snapchat ad platforms
* Ability to use analytical problem solving and research skills to identify areas of opportunity and provide insights on market activity
* Strong communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
* High level of organisation, project management and planning skills
* Strong knowledge of web and social analytics platform tools essential
