AWB Co is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company operating across Perth and Adelaide. We are registered builders, licensed electrical, plumbing and gas fitting contractors based in Osborne Park, proudly serving the Perth metropolitan area.

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to become part of our results‐oriented, friendly, and supportive team in WA. In this role you will manage a variety of contracts from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of service for our government and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Coordination: Lead, direct, and motivate contractors and internal trade staff on AWB Co's project sites. Oversee the coordination and allocation of work for jobs managed.
* Project Management: Define project scopes, develop scope of works, manage tender processes, and oversee construction and commissioning. Facilitate handover and manage defects liability periods.
* Operational Efficiency: Ensure projects achieve operational efficiency and meet KPIs. Maintain job accountability within AWB Co's systems, ensuring jobs are raised, scheduled, and up to date.
* Quoting & Invoicing: Undertake quoting for projects as required. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing upon job completion.
* Subcontractor Management: Engage and coordinate subcontractors, focusing on delivering value for money while ensuring compliance with AWB Co's systems and client requirements.
* Safety & Compliance: Conduct toolbox and pre-start meetings to align with AWB Co's objectives. Perform site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with AWB Co's standards as well as random spot checks and pre-start checks as necessary.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Certificate IV in Project Management or a minimum of 3 years' proven project management experience.
* Government Experience: Prior experience working on government contracts is highly regarded.
* Trade Background: A trade background is preferred, with experience managing internal teams and contractors.
* Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being an advantage.
* Project Delivery: Proven ability to deliver projects within agreed timelines and required standards.
* Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety practices and a commitment to maintaining safe work environments.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
* Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
* Commercial Acumen: Experience reviewing commercial contracts, with strong commercial awareness.
* Personal Attributes: Innovative thinker with a self‐motivated, proactive, and can‐do attitude.
