We're partnering with a leading civil contractor with a strong presence across the Victorian market. Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in Sewer & Water infrastructure to join their Melbourne team.
This role will see you working on key infrastructure projects, overseeing crews and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate site crews to deliver works on time and to specification
* Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently
* Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
* Provide hands-on leadership and support to site teams
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation
About You
* Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction
* Strong background in Sewer & Water infrastructure projects
* Confident leader with strong communication skills
* Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
* Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
