The Roles
Cadet (Construction) An entry-level opportunity for someone studying or recently graduated in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Contract Administrator Work closely with Project Managers to administer subcontracts, variations, progress claims, and procurement from award through to close-out.
Project Engineer Site-based role coordinating design, RFIs, program updates, and approvals while developing your broader project management capability.
Project Manager Take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, leading site teams, subcontractors, and consultants across the full project lifecycle.
Site Manager Lead day-to-day site operations across multi-residential or commercial projects, driving program, safety, and quality outcomes on the ground.
About You
Across all roles, we are looking for people who bring:
* Relevant experience or study in construction, engineering, or project management
* A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering for clients
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work effectively in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments
* Experience with Procore, Jobpac, or similar construction platforms (mid–senior roles)
* Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia
