What You'll Do
Apply excellent software design principles to ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and fit for long‑term evolution.
Develop high‑quality applications and services that power our digital and operational platforms.
Work with containerised services and Azure API Management as part of modern, API‑first solutions.
Lead by example – mentor and support other developers and promote sound engineering practices.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver well‑designed, production‑ready solutions.
Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives, balancing pragmatism with technical excellence.
Support deployments and assist with production issues when required, ensuring stability and rapid resolution.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Software Design: Strong understanding of software design principles, API design, and system integration patterns.
Technical Expertise: Solid experience with .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure, including API‑centric and service‑based architectures.
Modern Engineering: Experience working with containerised workloads and API platforms such as Azure API Management.
Mindset: Thoughtful, solution‑oriented, collaborative, and able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Bonus: Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
