Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As the glue between ideas and execution, you will coordinate, analyze and communicate so teams can deliver with confidence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Orchestrating schedules, meetings, workshops and reporting rhythms;
* Maintaining immaculate documentation across action logs, risk registers and issue trackers;
* Preparing project dashboards, reports and presentations;
* Tracking timelines, spotting risks early and escalating with context;
* Supporting resourcing and project communications, assisting with procurement and vendor management.
You will also be responsible for turning insight into action by eliciting and documenting business requirements through interviews and workshops; mapping processes and analyzing data to surface opportunities and inform decisions; crafting functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria that guide delivery; supporting testing and UAT - from defect triage to final validation.
About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate key attributes and experience including:
* Experience in project coordination or PMO support within a corporate or technology environment.
* Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project, JIRA, Excel or similar tools preferred.
* Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
