About the role:
We are looking for a Float Manager to join our clients Geelong retail store on a permanent basis. This role will require travel to Melbourne on occasions.
This role will see you using your customer service and leaderships skills to help customers in their sales journey, as well as develop and lead sales staff.
Reporting to the State Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and leading your team to exceed their sales KPIs.
Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service as soon as they step into our store.
Honing your product knowledge to assist you in training your team.
Leading by example in sales, customer service and attitude.
Supporting the State Manager as required e.g. merchandising, rostering, administration.
We are looking for a problem solver who enjoys mentoring, developing and building a team to perform, whilst putting the customer at the front of mind in all situations.
