Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, financial record-keeping, and financial reporting.
Main duties include:
* Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other supporting documents.
* Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
* Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV or Diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
