Executive Assistant – St Philip's Christian College, Gosford
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Principal and senior staff at St Philip's Christian College, a rapidly growing network committed to holistic Christian education.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the Principal's diary and appointments, ensuring confidentiality and professional organisation.
* Support the administration of school policies, compliance and reporting, including Annual Reports, School Registration, Board Reports, and NESA/AIS requirements.
* Assist with human‑resource tasks such as advertising positions, interview documentation, onboarding, performance management, and maintaining job descriptions.
* Communicate professionally with parents, families and students, modelling Christian values and upholding regulatory requirements.
* Manage project and event coordination, document management, minutes, and liaison with local councils, businesses, churches and other community partners.
* Support the Principal in sensitive matters including Child Protection, staffing investigations and investigations, and maintain accurate records.
* Carry out other duties within the scope of your skills, competence, training and/or experience as directed by the Principal.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar is beneficial.
* Experience working in an educational setting is an advantage.
* Proficient organisational and managerial skills, with strong written and oral communication.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
