PROPERTY MANAGER - STOCKDALE & LEGGO
Opportunity for an experienced person to work within an competent team in a busy office.
Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience required.
Usual duties such as assessing applications ,conducting open periods, liasing with owners and renters, conducting ingoing and exit reports. Modern technology with property me and inspection express.
Experience with Property Me software preferred but training will be provided.
VCAT experience would be an advantage. Commission payable on new properties listed in addition to salary. Car allowance plus super and legislated holiday periods.
Hours are Mon to Friday 9 to 5 pm plus one Saturday per month (time off in lieu)
Modern office with business mobile phone plus undercover parking included.
Agents Representative licence required .
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
