My client is seeking a career-focused Financial Planner who is intentionally looking for a long-term home — not a short-term platform to build and exit. This is a foundational hire designed to support the next phase of business growth, with the opportunity to become the central delivery arm of the advice division as the business scales.
Who will you be working with?
You will be working closely with the business owner, who is transitioning into a CEO and strategic growth role. The business operates under an established advice structure with strong systems, paraplanning support, and an existing client base generated through mortgage broking, referrals, and professional partnerships.
The business is experiencing high demand, currently presenting approximately two Statements of Advice per week, and is turning away opportunities due to capacity constraints. This role will take ownership of the majority of inbound advice work.

In addition to consistent inbound leads, there is a substantial untapped loan book and referral network ready to be engaged for holistic financial advice.
