**Job Title: Construction Planner**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Planner to join our team. As a Construction Planner, you will play a key role in working on site with construction teams, taking ownership of the project from a planning perspective and developing and maintaining integrated project plans and programs.

* Provide strategic and operational assistance in the analysis of programs, including risk, spreadsheet and resource management.
* Maintain and update the Project Master Schedule and other site schedules, using your experience to identify opportunities at all levels.
* Regularly report on program progress to key stakeholders.
* Perform planning activities which may include undertaking research and document preparation to provide support within established planning guidelines.
* Work collaboratively across a broad range of stakeholders, communicating critical information clearly and concisely.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A government security clearance or the ability to gain and maintain one.
* Experience in building and/or construction project planning, scheduling, project controls and program benchmarking.
* Must have experience planning complex building projects.
* Experience utilising P6- able to graphically represent the program methodology, and confident to present and communicate the program.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.
* High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
